UPLOADING YOUR TEXT CONVERSATIONS

📱 To make your analysis more efficient, please send your text interactions as a single, readable transcript (not dozens of screenshots) 📱
Below are a few easy ways to do this 👇

âś… OPTION 1: Use iMazing (Recommended for iPhone Users)

Best for: Full, accurate message exports.

  1. Download iMazing (https://imazing.com) on your computer.
  2. Connect your iPhone via USB.
  3. Click Messages → Select Conversation → Export → PDF or Text.
  4. Save the file and email or upload it.

✅ Pro Tip: Choose “Text” format for easiest reading — it keeps all messages in order.

đź’¬ OPTION 2: Use ChatGPT (or any AI) to Create a Transcript from Screenshots

Best for: If you already have screenshots and don’t want to re-export.

  1. Gather all your screenshots in chronological order.
  2. Upload them into ChatGPT (or another AI tool).
  3. Use this exact prompt:
  4. “Please transcribe these screenshots into a clean, chronological conversation with timestamps removed and speaker labels (Me / Her). Do not summarize or paraphrase.”

  5. Once it generates the transcript, copy and paste it into a Word or Google Doc, then share that file.

🖼️ OPTION 3: Use a Free OCR or Notes App

Best for: Quick, low-tech solution.

  1. Upload screenshots to Google Drive, Apple Notes, or a free OCR tool like OnlineOCR.net.
  2. Extract the text from each screenshot.
  3. Paste everything into one continuous document in chronological order.

✍️ OPTION 4: Manual Copy-Paste (Last Resort)

Best for: Very short conversations.

  1. Open your message thread on your phone or computer.
  2. Copy and paste both sides of the conversation into a Word or Google Doc.
  3. Label each speaker clearly (“You:” / “Her:”).
⚠️ Important Guidelines⚠️
  • Make sure the conversation is complete and chronological.
  • Remove unrelated side messages.
  • If possible, keep timestamps off (they clutter the flow).
  • Save your file as .txt, .docx, or .pdf.
